Me and my friend Erin have cheesecake battles where we each have a turn at outdoing the last person’s creation. She responded yesterday with a delicious serving of mini cheesecakes. The layers went as followed: Oreo biscuit as the base, cheese filling, driz of dark chocolate, raspberry coulis topping and garnished with a dark and milk chocolate hazelnut shard on top. Pretty full on! Going to be hard to beat.
